Our Client is one of the most successful ERP data management providers with international offices in USA, Europe, Latin
America and Asia Pacific. For the German Headquarter located in Munich we are looking for a “Marketing Manager
DACH / Field Marketing (m/f)” at the earliest possible date.
Key responsibilities:
• Plan and execute regional marketing plan in conjunction with the global Marketing organization
• Deliver events and webinars including all planning, scheduling, pre, onsite and post event activities
• Plan and implement regional campaigns and surveys incl. relevant follow up
• Integrate regionally relevant promotions into marketing activities
• Plan & Execute the regional database growth and maintenance plan
• Manage the regional web presence through the content management system (WordPress) with the support of the
Digital Marketing Manager
• Produce regional content and help with localization of corporate content such as email campaigns, event materials,
collateral, digital sales tools, web assets, etc.
• Assist with recruitment of customer references for speaker engagements, video productions, case studies and press
interviews
• Plan and manage the regional PR plan
• Leverage the company’s active regional social media channels such as XING, Facebook, Twitter and blogs
• Assist the Demand Generation Team in executing and optimizing regional PPC and SEO campaigns, including the
development and implementation of landing pages.
• Leverage the company’s marketing automation and other tools, strive to implement and share best practice in
marketing and project management
• Manage relationships and deliverables of external marketing agencies and other service providers as relevant
• Track and monitor success and return of all marketing activities and provide input to plan adjustments
• Deliver regular analysis and reporting on marketing activities
• Budget management
Candidate profile:
• The successful candidate (m/f) should have 5-10 years B2B marketing experience solution selling (in depth Field
marketing/lead generation experience)
• Enterprise Solution marketing experience required
• BA or BS in English, Communications, Marketing or other relevant degree or experience
• Strong project management/organizational skills, comfortable with numbers
• In-depth experience in Marketing Automation and CRM Tools. Marketo and Salesforce experience is preferred
• Knowledge and understanding of social media platforms and their respective participants (LinkedIn, Xing, Facebook,
YouTube, Twitter, etc.) and how they can be deployed in different scenarios
• Ability to effectively communicate information and ideas in written and verbal form
• Good technical understanding of digital analytics and the ability to pick up new monitoring and reporting tools quickly
• Experience with web content management tools. Experience with WordPress preferred
• Team player and self-starter in high growth environment
• Must be fluent in English
