German International Customer Service Assistants (m/f)
in Milan, Italy
Tasks:
- Inbound and/or Outbound service activities
- Managing of customer relations
- Customer assistance
- Sales support service
- Assurance of high-quality customer support
- Provision of information
- Dealing with queries
- Management of complaints
- Live support
- Data administration
Requirements:
- Very good level of English and German, good Italian skills
- Experience in the area of customer service, sales or administration
- You are very communicative and love to be a problem-solver
- Computer and software affinity
- Handling difficult calls
- Good communication skills
- You are reliable, friendly and empathetic
- Flexibility is a necessity
