Job description:
Manage the transition to a new online prescription solution and the transition of the Swiss organisation and its customers to a 'Next Generation' e-solution.
- Next generation planning & execution - expertly project manage the total implementation of a next generation e-solution.
- Company-wide commitment to e-Solution - establish clear commitment from key stakeholders (sales, marketing, operations, IT, medical & finance) to plans.
Specific responsibilities:
- Manage the maintenance & essential updating of the current e-solution, ensuring stability.
- Plan and implement the transition of all current users to a next generation solution.
- Connect with customers (users) and clearly represent their needs & wants within the business.
- Balance these needs and wants versus the priorities and resources of the organisation.
- Orchestrate activities with internal functional (operational, finance, sales, medical) stakeholders to ensure their full commitment and/or buy-in.
- Facilitate efficient, transparent and clear communication with all internal stakeholders.
- Support sales as well as finance in extracting the correct data for any remuneration information required.
- Develop business plans, budgets, dashboards and analysis to facilitate decision-making.
Seeked profile:
- Biomedical Engineering degree or scientific higher education is a plus
- An additional training in project management techniques
- A successful experience 5 to 10 years in conducting projects (products and / or services) related to health. A Specialization in biological and / or diagnostic products is highly desirable
- A double culture (computing and scientific) if possible acquired in laboratories
- A pronounced attraction for new technologies
- Native French speaker, fluent in German and English (Native German speaker, fluent in French and English)
- The successful candidate also needs to clearly display leadership skills (enabling decisive decision-making), the ability to manage a small team of direct reports (allowing working towards clear objectives) and the know-how on how to create support and buy-in across the organisation.
