Your tasks:
Envision:
- Fully understand our products and it's use cases up to the fine details
- Empathize with our customers and all users of our software and see their demands
- Recognize new potentials and develop new product ideas
- Convey your vision of our product to our clients, our developers, our employees and our partners
Product Planning:
- Determine feature specifications and the long term product roadmap together with the respective stakeholders (clients, marketing, operations etc.)
- Write, prioritize and groom user stories in the product backlog
Product Development:
- Work with our product development & QA team and communicate the vision and roadmap
- Prepare and lead though sprint planning meeting
- Assist the dev / QA team when they have questions on their tasks
- Make sure the work leads to the right goals and intervene if you see it's taking the wrong direction
Product Marketing:
- Aid in the organization of product launches and product presentations
- Support sales and marketing with the necessary technical expertise
Experience:
- University degree in informatics, business administration/strategy or similar
- At least 3 years of experience in product management, software engineering or project management
- Quantitative and business analysis skills, as well as knowledge of business and management practices
- Project management skills is required
- Excellent communication skills and fluent German & English skills
