JOURNAL INTERNATIONAL is one of Europe’s leading specialist publishing houses for corporate media. With our headquarter in Munich and representative offices across the world, we publish premium magazines and online media for renowned national and international companies. We are currently recruiting for the position of International Advertising Coordinator (m/f) to join our 100 plus strong team at our headquarters in Munich, Germany. As part of an expanding global team this role lies at the heart of media operation. The ideal candidate should be experienced in coordinating advertising and production processes of a complex magazine business. The position requires a reliable and high-performing person that can learn quickly and work well under pressure. Therefore good organizational skills, accuracy and resilience are key attributes of the successful applicant. He/she will be a proactive team player coordinating processes across key departments at the publishing house including sales, editorial, production and finance. Furthermore, daily correspondence with the international sales representative network is essential. TASKS: • Administration, placement and confirmation of all international bookings • Magazine flatplan and positions management • Global Coordination with clients and agencies • Management of advertising material delivery processes • Creation and mailing of order forms and voucher copies • Handling of invoicing process • Close collaboration with editorial, marketing, production teams YOUR PROFILE: • Passion to work within a dynamic and challenging work environment • Established knowledge and experience within the media industry • Ability to work with other departments • Excellent written and verbal communications skills • Fluency in English and German with additional languages a plus • Previous experience of CRM systems such as Verlagsmanager preferred This position is full time with an immediate start.
