RECRUITMENT SPECIALIST GERMANY AND AUSTRIA (M/F)

As a recruiter (m/f) you are responsible for providing successful solutions to sourcing and recruitment issues. You apply functional knowledge, expertise and judgment to achieve solutions which support delivery of qualitative, cost effective and accurate recruitments. Job-Beschreibung: - Manage the delivery of recruitment services for German speaking countries in line with customer expectations and according to global practices and policies - Build strong relationship and partner closely with line managers and HRBPs to understand business requirements and to be able to deliver on current and future - Running the operational recruitment activities; job briefing, job ad creation, database- and proactive search of candidates, screening, interviews, assessments, reference checks, feedback sessions and recruitment administration - Provide accurate sourcing strategy for the dedicated assignments (job advertisements channels, proactive search channels, recruitment campaigns, networking etc.) to line managers and HR - Ensure high quality interviews and assessments in the recruitment process. - Secure the presence of Electrolux in relevant networks, communities and events and make sure to act as an ambassador for our employer brand - Stay current on industry trends, market trends and best practices - Actively collaborate and share knowledge and information with other team members; Be a role model for colleagues and foster an appropriate work culture - Playing a role of back-up for other recruitment colleagues in the EMEA region - Regular reporting of ongoing projects and their status - Participating in regular team meetings within the company - Source and manage external recruitment agencies and search firms. Gewünschtes Profil: - University degree - Experienced recruiter with demonstrated history in successfully sourcing & recruiting for professional level positions - Solid experience and knowledge in recruitment including proactive search/sourcing, behaviour based interviewing and candidate assessment - Knowledge and experience of how to effectively use social media in recruitment - Ability to build strong and trusting relationships at all levels, working closely with business and HR colleagues on a regular basis and developing networks across the organization - Profound knowledge and understanding of the business and what drives performance - Understanding of legal responsibilities regarding recruitment - Ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities and adapt quickly to change. Flexible and creative in taking initiative and providing solutions to deliver a business outcome.
