JUNIOR MANAGER BUSINESS INSIGHTS (M/F) Performates is a web based AdTec, which is improving performance, e­fficiency and organization of a wide variety of online marketing activities. We are providing worldwide operating companies with technology to improve their performance in different channels. Improvement of bid managements, evaluation of processes and automation of standardized working routines – this is our daily business. Our team has reached within the last decade a high level of expertize while working for different multinational companies, like eBay, Rocket Internet, Yahoo! or Zalando. We are searching for an ambitious Business Analyst for our team, with knowledge in topics related to data analysis, web analytics, and reporting. YOUR CHALLENGE · Analysing marketing campaigns based on customer behaviour data and identifying optimisation potential · Deep analysis of data regarding revenues, sales, and marketing · Monitoring our internal BI automated tools · Developing and expanding the algorithm for campaign optimisation WHAT YOU`VE GOT · You hold a degree in Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, or a similar field · You have excellent analytical skills · You`re have a deep understanding of Excel · You`re fluent in English, German skills are a plus · You`re a highly motivated and enthusiastic candidate who is willing to learn WE OFFER · A permanent position in a successful and innovative company in the heart of Berlin · Exciting tasks including a lot autonomy of decision · An international Team of committed colleagues · An executive Board consisting of experienced top-class AdTec and Marketing experts Did we catch your interest?
