Senior Project Manager Your responsibility The Senior Project Manager is responsible for the planning and management of large-scale business and software projects within the quality organization. This includes project planning as well as on-going support. In this role, the Senior Project Manager will collaborate closely with the functional business leads in order to ensure efficiency as well as effectiveness of the solution deployed in the support of the business goals and objectives. Key tasks:  Responsibility for the successful delivery of multiple simultaneous projects (involving different functional areas and locations)  Development of full-scale project plans  Collaboration with different business leads in order to build and execute well-structured project plans  Responsibility for the clear definition of project scope and milestones as well as times limes, project risks and contingency plans  Providing direction to project resources, monitoring efforts, the compilation of key project deliverables as well as identification of issues and risks Communication of project implementation options, quality and risk to stakeholders  Organization of project status meetings and giving advice to the management on project status, risk and migration including executive reporting Your profile  University degree in Business, Information Systems or an appropriate related discipline  Certificate in project/program management would be a plus  5+ years project experience  3+ years experience in managing business or software projects  2+ years experience with project management tools such as MS Project  Excellent written and oral communication skills  Ability to lead across different business organizations (including global projects)  Experience in the area of medical devices  Fluent in English and German (spoken and written)
