As a result, we are looking for a customer-obsessed and results driven Senior HR Business Partner (f/m) to support our Corporate office located in Munich. The person in this role must be able to work independently, take a hands-on approach, and interface effectively with professionals and business leaders at all levels. You will cover HR areas such as employee relations, including performance management, compensation & benefits, training & career development as well as employee retention. You'll need excellent communication, professional interpersonal skills, and the agility to function in an innovative environment. You should also demonstrate the ability to deliver excellent results in a very short timeframe. Your responsibilites * Ensure outstanding customer focus by delivering strategic, best in class HR support to internal customer groups * Understand key business goals and business priorities, able to apply to core areas of HR responsibilities in order to prioritize work and set goals * Provide management coaching to build leadership capabilities and support managers to address all kind of employee relations challenges * Ensure alignment of HR related programs, processes and projects with strategic business objectives * Facilitate Annual Performance Review process, identify key talents in the organization and drive strategic initiatives to increase talent pipeline as well as forward looking promotions for Managers * Act as a consultant to the client groups and provide input on the HR implications of strategic and operational decisions and plans * Be an expert in industry best practices around functional areas of new trends and opportunities to constantly raise the bar on HR deliverables * Create appropriate concepts and deliver training & development programs as well as succession plans * Advise the clients on organizational design and act as a “change agent” in managing organizational changes including communication plan * Implement components of strategy and action plans that addresses workplace environment, employee engagement or retention issues * Support rollout of compliance initiatives; independently counsel the business regarding local employment law and legislation changes• Partner with Recruiting to coach managers around recruiting process, interpret hiring data and provide recommend
