Our client is part of a logistics company which was founded in the late 1960s. With services all over the world the company acts globally and focusses on intercultural competencies. Due to further globalisation and development we are now seeking an employee with the ability to analyse and measure business performances with a scope on HR and interpret them in reports. The position is located in the Cologne area.Analyst Business Performance (m/f)Cologne area Your tasksCreate and coordinate the preparation and release of HR related reportsResearch, review and analyse the effectiveness and efficiency of existing report procedures and systems and develop strategies for enhancing or leveraging these processes and systemsWork directly with decision makers and end users to understand, define, and document current and possible future reporting goals, needs and requirementsResponsible for development and implementation of internal customer requested reporting needsRetrieve and utilise information from the business and data sourcesDesign reports for performance, data quality and simplicity / maintainabilityResearch and recommend key performance indicators in order to provide better intelligence in reporting Your profileUniversity degree in a relevant field of economics with a specialisation in HR, Controlling and/or ITProven track record in report writing and technical requirements analysisCreatively solve problems and propose solutions in combination with solid project management skillsAbility to analyse, communicate and interpret dataProfound knowledge in Microsoft Excel and VBAProven experience with reporting toolsVery good communication skills in English SR Group is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
