Our client is one of the leading companies worldwide when it comes to designing, building and operating power plants. We are currently looking for an experienced Operations Manager (f/m) to support the following services: - Operation of the power plant in accordance to the instructions of the load dispatcher, the respective manuals and the applicable regulations - Compilation of operation planning and respective procedures - Implementation of operation procedures - Control of operation measures - Improvement of operation strategy - Preparation and implementation of EHS procedures - Compilation and control of the operation budget - Reporting on operation activities and on plat/equipment status - Application and improvement of a CMMS The Operations Manager (m/f) will be entrusted with the following tasks: - Direction and organisation of entire operation activities including staff - Periodical evaluation of staff's skills and required training measures - Periodical evaluation and optimisation of strategies and procedures - Co-operation with the maintenance and administrative departments - Securing of the safety for staff and plant during day to day operation as well as during start up and shut down and repair measures - QA/QC for all operation measures - Preservation of the plant availability and performance - Reporting to the plant manager EarthStream is a specialist global recruitment business dedicated to the energy, resources & environment sectors that is uniquely positioned to understand the interplay and increasing convergence between these sectors.
