For our headquarter Berlin or location St. Bruno, Derby or Västeras we are currently looking to recruit an In-house consultant / Business Analyst for Project Management Solutions (m/f) as part of our IT Business Solutions and Services team for Project Management & Group Functions. The positions holder leads in the area of Project Management the evolution and consolidation of Project Management solutions and applications environment towards a consistent and efficient global Project Management solution architecture. He/ she designs, plans and directs the implementation of standardized solutions and services combining business context, business data and application components. Your tasks in Detail: * Define business needs and priorities towards the IT architecture and validate and evaluate IT architecture against business needs and priorities * Detail requirements for optimal business process enablement * Define end-to-end solutions and build program roadmaps with the business to meet strategic goals * Lead the creation of functional designs to improve or develop standard IT solutions and services * Promote standardization, integration and faster innovation * Define business case for new solutions and services * Represent the interface to the BT organization into IT for the respective solution and service * Understand the key stakeholders interests and motivations and develop individual strategies to build support for the change * Responsible to deliver the project effort and cost estimation in alignment with Program Leads * Content lead for delivery of projects * Implement standardization, simplification and integration of processes/technologies * Manage the end user adoption and business process support process, build and lead key user networks * Coach the business and monitor that IT solutions and services are properly used to allow optimal value of IT services in business processes * Proactively consult the business in process analysis and process engineering to identify opportunities for continuous improvement; articulate business requirements and ensure they are addressed * Optimize service performance and ensure service quality * Understand market trends and solutions, asses existing solutions against them QUALIFICATIONS * Bachelor / Master Degree in Computer Science, Management or Business Administration or an equivalent combination in education and work experience * Work experience preferably in Primavera and it’s technical configurations, technologies and processing environment (or MS Project) * Working experience in one of the areas IT / IS Service Management, Project Management or Business / IT consulting in the field of
