Currently we are increasing our Professional Service Team in Düsseldorf and we are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Implementation Consultant - ETWeb. From scoping a project to feeding into account management, the Implementation Consultant follows the entire project life-cycle of successfully rolling out our ETWeb talent management system. The main goal is delivering the product on time, on budget, to a high specification and to the joint satisfaction of clients and colleagues. Responsibilities Responsible for successful implementation of our ETWeb™ Enterprise solution, as well as offering support for new and existing customersLead projects and implementations from initiation to the Go-Live phaseOversee the timely delivery for all implementations ensuring that the scope and budget expectations are metAnalyze/understand customer requirements/existing business processes in workshops; assist the customer in defining improved business solutions based on the application functionality and preparing documentation.Responsible for verification and testing of implemented customized solutionsMust be comfortable holding training sessions for small and medium-sized groupsBuilding new and maintaining existing customer relationships Requirements and the individual Masters degree in Computer Science, Business or Engineering is requiredStrong technical background, including databases, IT infrastructure and securityExperience of working within system configuration, business processes and proceduresProgramming experience within MS SQL Server, HTML/CSS and JavaScript is a plusPRINCE 2/PMI certification is a plusThe ability to work analytically and in a structured way in the execution of all work tasksThe ability to manage changing priorities, to lead multiple projects concurrently and work under pressure with short deadlinesExceptional communication skills and skilled at customer serviceThe ability to analyze business needs and convert them into functional requirementsAs our software focuses on strategic HR and Talent Management, experience within HR processes is an advantageFluent German and very good English language skills, both written and oral3+ years’ experience of working within IT or HR with a focus on IT systems, IT projects or implementation of HR modules in ERP systems, for instance Additional InformationAt home in over 70 countries, fluent in over 50 languages, and a business experience of more than 20 years Lumesse helps more than 2,300 customers around the globe to win their race for talent, locally - wherever they do business.
