Operations Manager (m/f)
This role will involve leading an operations team. Major elements of this role will be process improvement and the driving of outstanding operational support and customer satisfaction internally to the client and externally.
Your challenge

Your profile
- 3-5 years management experience in an international customer service environment
- Strong leadership skills essential
- Very good English language skills, knowledge of Arabic would be an advantage
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Analytical and problem solving ability
- Ability to drive process improvements
- Excellent organizational skills
