Team Lead (m/f)

Would you like to be part of an international team with good career opportunities?

You will work on the behalf of our client a leading social media platform. You will be responsible for the day to day management of internet content, ensuring a quality experience is provided to millions of internet users.

Your challenge

• An interesting and exciting job in a growing and innovative sector
• Backoffice (nonvoice) support
• Coach and develop team members
• Ensure that team members adhere to Company rules, procedures and standards

Your profile

• Proven people management experience in a customer service environment
• Very good English language skills, knowledge of Arabic would be an advantage
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Analytical and problem solving ability
• Ability to respond to stressful situations in a calm and constructive manner
• Strong leadership skills essential
• Excellent organizational skills
