of social media by providing a comprehensive social media management platform
and related services. We are looking for great people to join our accomplished

What We
Need
We need an Account Director (or Success Director as we call it
internally), who is responsible for ensuring that a portfolio of Sprinklr’s key
accounts is successful in their business objectives by making the best possible
use of Sprinklr platforms and services. The mission of the Key Account
Management team is to make customers superstars and the Success Director is
responsible for delivering that objective across their clients.
We’ll Need You To
·
Be the first and last point of customer contact for agreed key
accounts (usually high-value multi-national brands that are strategically
important for Sprinklr) to ensure that those accounts achieve their business
objectives using Sprinklr software and services

Retain allocated key account customers, and own the account
planning process and delivery of the account plan
·
Interface with other Sprinklr teams to maximize customer
satisfaction and Sprinklr revenue and profit
