Most importantly, as part of our strategic sourcing approach, these services free up resources that can then be deployed to drive transformation and innovation initiatives   Wanted: Global Innovators To Help Us Build Tomorrow’s Enterprise In the role of Global Test Manager, you will plan for and ensure quality and timeliness of activities related to design, build and implementation of work product. You will participate in conduct workshops, issue clarifications, liaison for required approvals, and own the change management per the defined scope of the program. You will participate in Test Maturity assessment and renewing of Testing processes, analysis of architecture, create and review design and contribute to activities related to estimation, staffing analysis & solutioning and risk planning. You will act as a mentor and support the project team in developing optimized high quality deliverables. Location for this position is Darmstadt, Germany. This position may require 5% travel. Qualifications Basic •          Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required. Will also consider one year of relevant work experience in lieu of every year of education •          At least 12 years of experience in Project Management •          Experience in managing big projects or programs simultaneously in Global Delivery Model •          Experience in implementation and tracking of Test Centre of Excellence / Test Factory Preferred •          At least 8-9 years of experience in Test Project Management and implementation •          Knowledge of architectural frameworks and design principals •          Knowledge of Waterfall, Agile and CSV methodologies •          Knowledge in Life Sciences Domain •          Basic knowledge on Life Sciences COTS products •          Excellent communication, articulation and presentation skills •          Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment   About Us Infosys is a leading provider of next-generation consulting, technology and outsourcing solutions.
