We are looking for a technically minded individual who enjoys taking a hands-on approach to IT and who can use their IT expertise to assist our staff in person with all their IT related issues. If you have a passion for Information Technology and want to work in a lively creative environment then we look forward to hearing from you!   Your tasks:You will install, maintain and update workstations for our users.You will become the first point of contact for all IT user related issues or queries. You will use your expertise to answer and solve all matters in a competent and timely manner.Troubleshooting IT malfunctions will become part of your daily life.You will assist in taking care of our internal User Helpdesk, ensuring all requests are acknowledged and replied too. User satisfaction is at the top of your agenda!   Your profile: You have at least 1 year of work experience in Networking or Information Technology.You are a master of Windows 7/8 and can impress us with your SharePoint 2013 and Lync 2013 knowledge.You can set-up and operate Voip IP Telephones and MS Office 2013/365 in your sleep and fully understand all aspects of computer networking.You have experience in setting up and operating various devices and would be confident troubleshooting issues on Notebooks, Tablet PC and mobile devices.You speak English (our company language) fluently.
