Operational Excellence Specialist (m/f)


Responsibilities:

  • Support and/or lead initiatives within the business in order to achieve Operational Excellence (OE) 
  • Support line managers in identifying improvement areas and provide appropriate methodologies and tools
  • Close collaboration with the OE Centre of Operational Excellence and support of the implementation of group wide OE standarts
  • Facilitale and lead OE training and coaching for employees and management teams within EGC
  • Develop and maintain a KPI set and a Performance Scorecard to monitor operational health on a regular basis
  • Support program managers in large projects regarding business process design and work closely with affected business and IT departments
  • Facilitate the control design to meet legal and regulatory compliance requirements
  • Identify future business improvement potential that will increase business efficiency and effectiveness


Qualification/Skills:

  • Minimum of 3 years relevant business experience, ideally within a trading organisation
  • Fluent Englisch and German
  • Knowledge of OE methodology and toolsets in order to drive and support improvement initiatives
  • Experience with implementation of KPI's and dashboards to monitor and improve the performance of teams / department / areas
  • Deep knowledge of business process design methodologies
  • Solid experience in participating in operational transformation and performance improvement projects and cultural change
  • Project management experience (at least workstream lead experience as part of large projects / programs)
  • Advanced experience of training and coaching others to support the development of new skills
  • Strong analytical and coceptual skills and excellent communication skills
  • High level commitment, team spirit and social competence
  • Ability to discuss issues and gain acceptance on Senior Management / Board Level
