Associate Director Limit Management (m/f) Responsibilities: * Manage the team including budget responsibility * Evaluation of credit reports, bank enquiries, trading information, press releases and annual financial statements * Granting sufficient credit limit to the needs and creditworthiness of our corporate clients * Initiation of all measures to prevent and minimize financial risk/losses for AirPlus * Coordination of tasks and responsibilities within the team and collaboration with internal and external interfaces, especially with Sales and Customer Services * Steering of external service providers such as Credit Report Agencies and close collaboration with credit insurance provider * Permanent optimization of processes in coordination with other relevant AirPlus divisions * Provision of reportings and pro-active deviation of measures * Support in the development of scoring systems in terms of creditworthiness for new and existing customers * Consultation and support of the amendment of AirPlus Credit Policies for existing markets and support creation of policies for new products/markets * Monitor the effectiveness of preventive measures for our products * Participation in cross-divisional projects Required skills: * Successfully completed academic studies or a comparable education * Several years of professional experience in at least two different functions, preferably in an international environment in financial sector * Extensive financial knowledge, especially in reading and understanding Balance Sheets, Profit & Loss reports, Credit reports, Financial KPIs etc. * Familiar with credit card business in international markets * Conceptual and analytical skills as well as a quick perception * Outstanding commitment and goal-oriented working style * Assertiveness, decision-making ability as well as strong communication, negotiation and motivation skills * Experienced in leading and managing a team * Very good written and spoken English and German language skills, any further language will be an advantage Our Offer Flexible working times, flat hierarchies, a dynamic team and varied work on innovative projects create an ideal environment for your personal success.
