Legal, Compliance and Government & Regulatory Affairs Our Legal, Compliance and Government & Regulatory Affairs department manages the legal services, reviews trade reports, and educates to avoid unintentional rule breaches or conflicts of interest, and advises on regulatory and political challenges. We protect the integrity and reputation of the bank by managing legal risk to make transactions viable and safe. We advise on ethical conduct and identify regulatory solutions. Your responsibilities Joining our Corporate Secretariat team, you’ll ensure that all corporate and legal entity data and documents comply with both local laws and our company standards. Aiming to constantly improve quality, you’ll: * Maintain our group’s legal entity data, corporate director and officer information, processing changes and regulatory filings * Manage the approval process, record keeping and reporting for the Bank’s authorized signatories and powers of attorney and make sure that reports reach all relevant parties * Manage the annual accounts process (review of directors’ report and production of board minutes) * Respond to ad-hoc information requests and produce certificates of authority * Maintain the Corporate Secretariat database (Blueprint One World) and support the team’s system specialist in BOW-related projects * Take ownership of transition processes and projects as required, meeting
