Scope and responsibilities:
As our Womens Retail Brand Manager you are responsible
for leading the strategy of the brand in the Retail landscape for Womens
Categories (Womens Training, Running, Nike Sportswear). You will be working
closely with the category teams, the main aim of the role is to create epic
consumer experience and elevate the Nike brand within the AGS (Austria,
Germany, Switzerland) Retail landscape. This role reports into the RB Director
for AGS.
Work closely with the Retail Brand director & the
Category teams, identify opportunities
& fuel strategies, aligned to the direction of Market Place TransformationLeverage internal
directives, brand assets, community activations and consumer know how at POS.
Lead seasonal marketing executions to increase core retail KPIs.Liaise with the Western Europe team, ensuring local
insights, challenges and opportunities are heard and consideredGather and share
insights about the Consumer & Marketplace with Territory as well as Western
European teams. Learn and evolve quickly.Identify and amplify key product messages. Challenge the current thinking; ensure we
create the best brand messages, whilst ensuring we’re consistent in
positioning. Creating a perfect balance between brand & businessCreate and deliver compelling executions at retail
utilizing all elements of the retail marketing mix.
Qualifications:
At least 3 years’
experience in Marketing at an international Sport, Fashion or Lifestyle Brand
including budget management expertise and campaign execution know how.Proven track
record of success in briefing & leading agencies to achieve pinnacle level
of execution.The ideal
candidate is commercially savvy, and has evidence of developing relationships
with multiple internal and external marketing and commercial stakeholders.
Working experience in Germany, Switzerland or Austria is a plus.Visioning and
strategic thinking. Ability to obliterate boundaries and push out the edges of
what can be done.High verbal and
written communication skills with ability to clearly articulate strategies and
goals. High leadership and ability to influence others.English fluent
(verbal & written)Love for
