Your new role – challenging and future-oriented Your qualifications – solid an appropriate * Participate in audits in Europe and Africa. Use your financial hot skills in financial audits, and build your other capabilities in operational, compliance and IT audits. * Drive audit planning based on your analysis and risk assessment to ensure that all risks and controls are identified * Perform the defined audit program steps in coordination with the Engagement Manager. Use analytical skills to identify root causes of findings and assist clients in developing improvement measures * Build trusted working relationships with the auditee, solidifying CF A as a trusted advisor * Participate in closing meetings with management and support discussions about conclusions and next steps from the engagement * Participate in forward-looking ad-hoc projects to support the business in providing foresight for critical business decisions and implementations. * At least 4-6 years of professional experience within industry in a Siemens-relevant business, or auditing relevant “blue chip” companies in a ‘Big 4’ accounting firm * Good career progression, most likely to assistant manager or manager level in Big 4 or equivalent in industry, and further potential * Experience in accounting, controlling or commercial project management * Strong academic history (degree in Business, Accounting or Finance), CPA, ACCA or ACA qualification preferred * Experience and knowledge in IFRS, Performance Controlling or Commercial Project Management * Strong project management skills * Strong communication and relationship building skills * Strong desire and drive to develop into future leadership roles in the business. * Fluency in English and globally mobile Getting in touch with us - straightforward and direct www.siemens.com if you wish to find out more about Siemens before applying +49 (89) 636-27106 if you wish to discuss any initial questions with our recruitment team. www.siemens.com/application if you would like to find out more about the application process and benefits for employees.
