Support the Head of Technology & Innovation ( T&I) Steam & CCS in driving T&I work in Steam, Biomass and CCS across the group. Develop a business and value focused T&I strategy and plan for Steam & CCS, in close cooperation with experts and key stakeholders in the business and in ETG. Full responsibility to deliver own part of the plan to time and to budget and ensure successful hand-over of the results to the business customers for implementation. Coordinate and steer group-wide steam T&I networks and act as an interface to the business on all T&I steam topics. Manage key E.ON Steam stakeholders including key executives. Management of ETG and other resources supporting T&I Steam & CCS. Contract management with external Partners on T&I Management. Promote a positive culture of continuous improvement.
