management team is seeking a team assistant to help with the general office
organization and administrative tasks. Are you a friendly and organized person

Your responsibilities:
You are in charge of the reception, serving as
the first point of contact for external clients, guests and colleagues,
giving information or directing them to the appropriate person.You are responsible for greeting visitors and
vendors and making them feel welcome.You will coordinate and work closely with our
housekeepers to ensure the offices are clean and tidy.You coordinate incoming phone calls and forward
them to the appropriate contact person internally.You sort incoming mail and arrange its
distribution.You are in charge of arranging company tickets
and ordering office supplies e.g. office equipment, fruit, kitchen
supplies.You will help organize internal team events by
suggesting ideas, collecting feedback and booking the relevant activities.
The ideal
candidate:
Speaks German at native level and English (our company language) fluently.Has completed an apprenticeship or equivalent.Has 1-2 years experience working as a
receptionist or within the hotel industry. Project Management experience would be a plus.Is comfortable using MS Office.Has excellent communication and problem solving
skills.Is an extremely thorough individual who can be
trusted to keep attention to detail.Enjoys helping others and can convey information
in a clear and friendly manner.Is an open-minded and sociable individual who
enjoys working in a multicultural environment.Can start as soon as possible.
