Inbound Sales Workers (m/f) FULL TIME, for the Dutch market ADLER is an internationally run family business and a market leader in high-quality promotional gifts. The company is constantly seeking growth and development. In 1997, for example, 17 employees worked at the Saarbrücken site. Today, there are over 550! Our numerous high-quality products are sold over the telephone (primarily through Outbound Sales). Our customers are businesses that are spread across France, Germany, Switzerland, Austria, Belgium, Holland, and Italy. YOUR PROFILE * You possess a very good understanding of Dutch (C1) and English (C1) * Understanding of German and/or French (not essential) * You have previous telephone experience and are capable of customer and service-orientated work that involves active listening, motivating customers, as well as a friendly approach towards customers * You are goal-orientated, and are capable of working independently with minimum supervision * You can work in a team and are respectful to your colleagues, managers and the company KEY SKILLS * When taking inbound orders, using up-selling and cross-selling, completing the order and following it up until it is passed on to production * Using all available sales tools during the telephone conversation with the customer, being customer-oriented in your advice and ensure that customer data is up-to-date * Actively help to meet the Inbound Sales team‘s performance targets, support the Customer Service department and may also be called upon for specific campaigns in Outbound Sales If you possess the necessary skills, we would be delighted to offer you this unique opportunity.
