Client Details
Our client is an established international Financial Services company, which advises and manages a large amount of assets worldwide. For their office base in the heart of Zurich, the company is looking for a very motivated, service oriented and highly qualified
Description
- Managing agenda (assess priorities, update agenda, make informed decisions regarding key dates)
- Extensive and detailed travel coordination (arrange hotels, flights, limousines and prepare travel documents and optimise travel cost)
- Organising large scale conferences and events in Switzerland and worldwide
- Managing the expense report
- Assisting in the personal organisation of the CEO
- Supporting the team in administrative matters (office management, absence reporting’s, illness leave and supporting personal assistant during her absence)
Profile
- Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent education Assistant Diploma is considered a large asset
- Solid Experience (5 years or more) as Executive Assistant (to a VP minimum) in large, multinational companies - Ideally in the Zurich area
- Fast, agile and independent working style
- Furthermore you should be organised, flexible, intelligent with excellent social and communication skills
- Able to cope with stress and pressure
- English on a native level. German is a big advantage
