Company description: Our client is a leading molecular diagnostic company with annual revenue of approximately $800 million and about 1,700 employees. We are looking for an Accounts Payables Specialist in Zurich. Job description: - Prepare payments for approval in banking; - Provide AP reports and analysis in USGAAP;  - Key user in Oracle's AP module implementation; - Perform all bookings related with Accounts Payable in Oracle - Maintenance of vendors' database in Oracle;  - Support and advice in VAT queries;  - Designs, supervises and optimizes accounts payable internal control processes; - Develop and maintenance of vendor master files;  - Assist internal/external Auditors and provides information upon request. Seeked profile: - Fluent in English (any other language will be taken under consideration); - 5 years of working experience in accounts payable department; - Strong expertise in Microsoft Office (most importantly Excel) - USGAAP knowledge is plus - Expertise in Int'l VAT is a plus - Experience with Oracle is a plus; - Excellent communication skills.
