As a Recruitment Consultant based in our offices located 20 minutes from Zurich in the Canton of Zug, we offer a chance to work with some of the leading recruiters in the industry. Your responsibilities will include: •A 360 degree role with responsibilities for business development, resourcing and filling vacancies as well as rates negotiation. •Assisting clients in a consultative way offering them advice on how to approach a recruitment campaign as well as introducing accurate candidates to them. •Handling candidate queries and contacting / head-hunting prospective candidates about current employment opportunities Nonstop has. •Posting adverts •This position offers career progression in the long term and a chance to mentor other members of staff. QUALIFICATIONS: •Educated to degree level – no preference in what discipline. •Experience working in a recruitment role and ideally in a 360 degree role. •Knowledge and experience working with Engauge or a similar CRM database. •Proven performer with a consistent career track record. •Ethical and friendly approach to recruitment. •Ability to be based full time out of our Zug, Switzerland office.
