challenging and constantly evolving game. Scope and Responsibilities:As our Loss Prevention
Manager based in Germany, you will act as the Loss Prevention subject
matter expert for our stores within Germany, Austria and Switzerland.Directly implements Retail Loss
Prevention strategies and awareness programs:•
Responsible for developing key relationships for resource
alignment.•
Works in partnership with the Territory Directors and Store
Managers as a strategic and operational partner in reducing shrink.•
Identifies and mitigates business risks.•
Champions the strategic objectives for Retail Loss Prevention.•
Contributes to the design and development of global programs and
best practices.•
Works to set consistent processes in place for repeatability and
risk mitigation.•
Seeks new opportunities for innovation with current processes and
vendors.•
Delivers consistent results to set LP KPIs, achieving targets
throughout the year. Maintains a safe environment
for all store teams and consumers:•
Serves as the primary response and coordination leader for crisis
events within defined area.•
Identifies, investigates and closes all cases of internal or
external loss.•
Creates and maintains partnerships with law enforcement and
emergency management community leaders.•
Champions Health & Safety and supports the business strategy
within the Retail division. Drive effective communication•
Forms integral partnerships with key stakeholders from both
European headquarters, Global and Market teams.•
Directs the communication of goals and vision within LP and key
internal partners.•
Ensures that all aspects of the business needs are represented in
LP planning and priorities. Qualifications: •
2 - 4 years’ experience with multi-site management.•
Thorough understanding of retail store systems (CCTV, EAS).•
Certifications Desired – CFI, CPP, LPC/LPQ.•
Knowledge of local Health & Safety standards and policies.•
Experience influencing leadership to drive results.•
Strong verbal and written communication skills, including
facilitation and presentations.•
Ability to clearly articulate goals and objectives.•
Strong time management and organization skills.•
Leadership capability, including ability to motivate and mentor
others within work group.•
Ability to lead initiatives.•
Ability to work independently and cooperatively in a diverse
group.•
Ability to network, influence, and utilize internal and external
resources.•
Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint is preferred.•
Regular travel required.•
Fluent in German
