By coordinating seamless interactions across all marketing channels, marketers are able to plan and execute superior brand experiences that deepen customer loyalty, strengthen brand advocacy and maximize profits.For our Düsseldorf or Munich office we are looking for a:Head of Creative Services (m/w)The Head of Creative Services, Germany will be responsible for defining, developing and delivering all Creative Services for Marketing Services within Germany.Missions:In conjunction with counterparts in other markets, defining the Creative Services propositionsAnalysing the market needs and identifying opportunities for services associated with CreativeBuilding out sales and marketing collateral associated with the servicesEducating the go-to-market teams on the services and how to sell theseWorking with sales and key account managers to sell creative services in to new and existing clientsTaking accountability for the sales targets for CreativeIdentifying opportunities within the existing base to further sell Creative services and connecting with the go-to-market teams to build the pipeline.Active involvement in proposals and sales pitches around “One EMS” or specifically around CreativeDelivering all services to the required levels of quality and timelinessManaging the departmental workload to ensure deadlines are met in accordance with the necessary quality standardsForecasting future workload and planning the allocation of staff to meet these needsWorking with counterparts in other EMEA countries to determine opportunities for load balancing of work where appropriateManaging and developing the Creative Services teamHiring according to the headcount plan, budgets and in year forecastsDay-to-day management and directionOn-going coaching and performance managementDelivering the budgeted revenue and profitability targetsTaking accountability for the revenue target for Creative.Managing the workload and financial forecasts to achieve the revenue targetManagement of the resource base to ensure revenue targets are delivered in line with profitability goalsQualifications5+ years of applicable experience of working in a creative agencySound knowledge of the digital marketing businessProven prior successful work experience as a team leadHaving worked in multinational organizations and feeling comfortable with working in a multicultural environmentAbility to work in a complex matrix work environment require
