Our client is a multinational security systems company located in Schaffhausen. For their international HQ, we are exclusively searching for a Senior HR Business Partner to strengthen their EMEA HR organization. In this exciting role you will be working closely with the Senior HR Director EMEA and be involved in EMEA wide projects supporting cross-functional internal stakeholders on a regional and global level. In addition you have the operational HR background to take care of local population.
Job description:
- Be an effective Business Partner to cross-functional internal clients and drive the Human Resources initiatives with creditability across all areas of the business across the EMEA footprint
- Will continually update knowledge of internal and external Human Resources competencies to provide recommended resolutions
- To provide strategic support and advice in order to structure and implement business strategy and drive results
- Partner with Senior Business leaders concerning Projects on a Global and/or EMEA level
- Partner with Business leaders in restructuring projects and provide guidance as appropriate
- Ensure consistent and successful delivery across the full spectrum of HR business activities, focusing on continuous improvement and operational excellence
- Drive the implementation and delivery of the area HR Plans up to and including regional level
- Ensure effective implementation of enterprise wide initiatives across the Talent Development, Talent Acquisition, Workforce Support and Total Rewards activities
- Collaborative partnership with Human Resources Management Teams and COE's
- Influence business leaders and coach them to achieve their goals throughout change initiatives
- To develop the HR talent, ensuring delivery of their performance and development objectives, in both technical and behavioural skills
- To collaborate and work with all HR sub functions to ensure there is seamless HR delivery to the businesses
- Build the Field Solutions HR capability to ensure succession planning, career management for individuals and development of a high performing HR team
- Ensure comprehensive utilisation, completion and promotion of the value of the annual and mid-year Performance Matters process and adoption of Leadership Essentials
- Up to 20\u0025 Travel required; mostly in EMEA
Seeked profile:
- Higher Education in Psychology; Masters in HCM preferred
- 10 years functional and 4-6 years managerial experience
- Strategic experience within an HR Management / Business Partner role in a large scale multi-site organisation
- Solid foundation of Swiss Labor Laws; International Mobility knowledge a plus
- Experience related to working in a fast paced environment
- Can demonstrate a successful track record of achievement in a generalist HR function, across recruitment, HR and people development
- Experience of working within a matrix environment
- Can demonstrate experience of leading HR projects and initiatives to deliver results
- Experience of project work within a change management programme or situation
- Excellent understanding of complex HR issues including employee relations and an understanding of key employment legislation and its impact on HR practice
- Fluent in English a must; Strong verbal/written German skills a strong plus
