This is achieved by quick decision making, clear lines of communication, open door policy and most importantly the trust the company places in its employees.   This has been made possible by not only hiring the technical best of Germany, but ensuring they fit into the company culture.   Your job: ·         Full responsibility to develop your team ·         Overview of the entire project development, identifying and solving problems ·         Involved in the hiring process, assessment of employees performances ·         Develop the technical expertise of all team members on an ongoing basis ·         Working with other backend and frontend departments, sharing knowledge between different projects ·         Develop ideas for technical and structural improvements and innovations in your area    Desired Skills and Experience ·         At least 7 years of professional experience in software development - PHP/OOP ·         A completed university degree in computer science or a similar qualification ·         Several years experience as a senior developer ·         Leadership experience is a bonus ·         Knowledge of software architecture ·         Structured working approach, entrepreneurial mindset, team player ·         Very good knowledge English, both spoken and written, German knowledge is a bonus.
