Major ResponsibilitiesAssist the HR Director to ensure that all members of the Magna Cosma Europe operate within the spirit of the Employee’s Charter and Magna operating philosophy and to ensure that Magna Cosma Europe is proactive in its approach to employee relationsAssist and conduct in cooperation with the HR Director HRCIA (Human Resources Continuous Improvement) at Divisions to facilitate sharing of Best in Class practices and ensure that human resources programs and procedures are operating in accordance with the Employees’ Charter and local legal requirementsArrange for or deliver Training Modules (Managing the Employees Charter, Fairness Committee Fairness Committee Facilitator) as requiredConduct partly EOS (Employee Opinion Survey) projects in coordination with the EOS Team at divisionsAdminister and monitor Disaster Relief Fund, Executive Healthcare ProgramAssist to ensure compliance regarding Magna’s Global Mobility ProgramAssist with HR related projects and administrative subjects if requiredKnowledge and EducationAcademic degree or comparable educationFluent in German and English, further languages are welcomeStrong MS Office experienceWork ExperienceHR knowledgeStrong presentation, communication and self-management skillsTeam-orientedFrequent travelling, high mobility and flexibility is required
