As the co-leader to the technical team – already over 60 strong – there is a real need for a development manager who really has the hunger, drive and vision for success. For their new product line, and their product team which consists of around 8 people, you will lead them in designing, forming, conducting, testing and implementing of our new market-leading online service. This product is highly intricate, and requires the utmost of precision – our product has single-handedly been responsible for the success of a multitude of Europe’s gaming companies.  Some of the things you should bring with you: ·         5+ years of Multi-agent Systems (M.A.S) implementation using Web Services, preferably experience with using them both at the same time ·         Extensive experience with SQL, NoSQL and RDBMS ·         Great experience working with big data technology or solutions (i.e. Hadoop, Spark, Casandra, Redshift) ·         As a Manager or Lead, excellent communication skills in English are essential, as well creativity, initiative and the proven track record of leading a small-medium size team. ·         Experience with 3-tiered architecture (i.e. AKKA) ·         Great experience of server development using Java/Scala and cloud services deployment (Amazon EC2 a huge advantage) With your primary focus being at the forefront of our new product-line, whether you are leading the developing, designing, testing or management of the team – you will have a fun, challenging and interesting role to play. Our product adapts with the demands of the market, and needs to have the watchful eye of yourself, and innovation of the team, to become the best it can be.
