Sales Manager – Metals & Mechanisms,
Munich

Working
from our European HQ just outside Munich (Germany) and reporting directly to
our European Sales Director for Metals & Mechanisms, you will be targeted
with increasing our commercial growth and profitability with a key German OEM
Customer Group within our metals business. As
a Senior Sales Manager, your duties may include (but not be limited to): ·
Working closely with the Sales Director for Metals
& Mechanisms to develop pricing strategies to grow and maintain Lear sales
revenues for this key customer group·
Managing key commercial activities (including
acquisition and negotiations) for two major OEM customers ·
Taking a lead in major customer negotiation
discussions and quotation preparation·
Supporting Lear’s Commercial Team on any business
win activities (RFQs/Presentations etc.)·
Working remotely with internal cross functional
teams to achieve targets Your
profile: ·
Successfully completed university degree or
equivalent in an engineering or technical related subject·
Proven experience of increasing commercial revenues
within a sales environment supporting an automotive customer group·
Knowledge and knowhow in driving profitability and
developing relationships with key customers·
Strong negotiation skills and the ability to act in
a self-responsible position
·
Strong communication skills with a fluency in German
