Program Manager - TeamCenter PLM - Berlin

In the role of a Program Manager, you will execute small to medium scale, multi-dimensional, complex Infosys led programs for clients to meet client and Infosys parameters of success and quality.  The responsibilities would include program governance, client management (Identify new clients, opportunities, relationship needs, drive proposals, strengthen existing client relationships), delivering complex business and technology program, management of scope , schedule, risks, configuration, change, communication, issue escalation, budget, delivery resources and people with the objective of ensuring program management of the highest standards.  As a thought leader in your domain, you will be the key advisor to architecture and design reviews. You will anchor contract discussions and vendor management partnerships.  You will have the opportunity to shape value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.   Required •          At least12 years of experience in Implementing and Program Managing large Teamcenter PLM Implementations. •          At least 12 years of experience in: v  Teamcenter Greenfield Implementations v  Manufacturing domain. v  MCAD, ECAD from PLM perspective v  Program management of large PLM implementations v  Managing different tracks in a PLM Program including configuration, customization, data migration, deployment and interface v  Enterprise Program stakeholder management (including vendors and business), schedule management, risk management •          Experience in management consulting work environment that requires travel •          Bachelor’s degree •          Intermediate knowledge of German   Preferred •          Fluency in German Personal Besides the professional qualifications of the candidates we place great importance in addition to various forms personality profile.
