Aspera is a highly specialized provider of solutions for software license management. Hundreds of customers rely on technology from Aspera, including eight of the top ten DAX companies. We have been working in this exciting field for more than 15 years with our experienced development team in Aachen. In order to further extend our lead in development, we want to strengthen our team with: Senior Vendor Specialist (m/f) The core product Aspera "SmartTrack" is used worldwide by many major corporations. The Vendor Specialist Team is a virtual team that represents all our special knowledge concerning a specific vendor. Core of your activity in the role as a Senior Vendor Specialist is the structured design of the Vendor Competence Process. Your activities include: - Internal 1st and 2nd level support for vendor/product/metric oriented questions - Identification of relevant sources (technical and personnel) for vendor related information - Active cooperation with vendors/partners - "Product Owner" for vendors in SmartTrack, working with Product Portfolio Management and owning a "ASP vendor roadmap" - Selection and updating information using existing/new channels and technologies (e.g. social media monitoring) - Close Cooperation with development analysts for vendor specific questions - Management of external review of vendor specific SmartTrack components - Prepare and provide internal trainings on vendor's details (WebEx, onsite) Your qualifications: - Successfully completed degree in business studies , ideally with a focus on IT - Practical Experience in the areas mentioned above - Affinity to technical issues and a quick learner - Ideally experienced in software sales - Excellent knowledge of all common office tools - Very good German and English-skills, spoken and written - High degree of initiative and communication We offer: - Intensive training and training in the subject of license management - Collaboration in interdisciplinary and international teams - Individual further training offers - A young, dynamic and open working atmosphere - Above average opportunities for personal development Have we gained your interest?
