Talent Partnerships Manager,Germany (Berlin)Twitter is changing the way TV talent, musicians, web video stars, comedians, actors and many other high-profile performers connect and share with their audiences. Twitter Germany’s media partnerships team is looking for a driven, creative, resourceful individual to join us in developing the strategies and best practices that will drive the next generation of entertainment content on Twitter.Your task: maintain and build relationships, expand Twitter’s footprint and develop best tweeting practices for high-profile talents and their representatives in the TV show, digital entertainment and music industry. You should have a strong vision for the broad potential of talent and Twitter, while being focused on scalable impact and immediate, tactical opportunities that result in value and growth for Twitter.You will be responsible for devising and executing the strategies that will make Twitter valuable to the talent as well as to music labels, digital music services and events, as well as supporting our partners in all aspects of their Twitter usage. The role requires both expert evangelism skills and the ability to “talk the talk” with traditional entertainment players and talent/celebrities, as well as superb partner management skills. You should thrive in environments that are uncharted and ever-evolving, with maximum flexibility and a desire and ability to drive innovation and facilitate change.You must have direct, hands-on experience in the entertainment or music industry and should be an expert and passionate Twitter user with a very good understanding of our platform.Responsibilities:Manage, track and expand Twitter's numerous creative relationships with high-profile performers and their representatives (label executives, agents, managers).Ensure that musicians, TV hosts, web video stars, actors and other high-profile entertainment users are embracing tweeting best practices and incorporating Twitter into their daily life.Increase the volume, diversity and uniqueness of the content on Twitter from talent and partners by scaling the adoption and creative use of Twitter, whether through photos, video, audio or vines.Drive and support TV and music event integrations to ensure adoption of best practices.Develop strategies and approaches that scale Twitter’s reach and impact with high-profile performers; generate case studies and best practices.Conduct research into the entertainment industry and new uses of Twitter, working with other Twitter team members to identify key metrics and narrative-boosting examples of successful use.Coordinate with the media business development, sales and product teams around the world on joint efforts, key deals and partner communications. Requirements:7+ years work experience (or equivalent), including significant music, TV or entertainment talent/industry experienceDeep knowledge of the music and entertainment landscape, including significant and direct experience with talent/celebrities.Very good understanding of Twitter and social media’s impact on the industryAbility to communicate effectively and persuasively, in person and in writing, to many different audiences, ranging from executives to operational teams.Ability to work effectively and cross-functionally with all levels of management, both internally and externally and with the ability to lead and handle multiple time-sensitive, cross-functional projects.Fluency in technology and a passion about sharing
