Senior Ruby on Rails Developer Are you passionate about Ruby on Rails? Are you looking for a new, exciting project in an rapidly expanding company in Berlin? My client is looking for talented, experienced Ruby on Rails developers to lead a new team. They are creating a unique product in the transport industry, connecting operators with sales channels and streamlining the whole process when it comes to booking and organising tickets. Breaking into a new market with very little competition has led my client to receive much investment over the year, to such a point where they are breaking into the markets within countries such as Turkey, France and the UK. The passion behind this product and the care they put into their developers is epitomised by actively encouraging and paying for staff to go to conventions and courses. Specifications of the Role You will be working within an experienced Ruby on Rails development team with the aim of growing the Ruby team and working your way into a team leader position for the new development team in Berlin You will be required to Implement innovative and high quality features in coordination with the Product managers and Partners You will work on concepts of the product as well as developing the backend product features You coordinate the implementation of new features with our product managers and partners Your Skill Set You should have a degree in Computer Science or Related Degree You should have at least 4+ years of RoR experience You require experience with Ruby 2.2 and Rails 4.2 Experience with working in a TDD environment is considered a major plus Fluency in English is Required Sound like something you want to be a part of?
