We are recruiting for German speaking Account Manager in our office in Düsseldorf. The role involves the management of our existing customer base. The focus will be on: Pro-actively and regularly contact the existing customer base to increase the use of our product range   through up-selling/cross selling Management of contract renewals Responsibilities Management of a defined number of Lumesse Customers (account portfolio)Regularly engage with Customers across the Account portfolio to support their sustainable  usage of our systemsCreate opportunities for upsell and cross sell to the account portfolioManage contract renewals in a timely fashionBe part of the CEE regional Account Management Team focusing on enterprise businessEnsure that the account management activities are proper administered and documented  Requirements and the individual Min. 2 years Account Management or Sales  experience Continuous, demonstrable sales success in the management and development of a customer base Self-confidence on the phone German native and English fluent language skills Good communication skills and negotiation skills Organizational skills, initiative and perseverance Good MS Office skills and a familiarity with Outlook and the Internet.
