XING bietet Ihnen im Headquarter in Hamburg eine spannende Herausforderung als   Team Lead Network Engineering (m/f) The Site Operations Team is responsible for ensuring 24/7 operation of the XING platform. We support XING’s physical and virtual servers, manage the back-up and storage systems, databases and the data centre’s entire network. There are around 20 people in our team who work on our databases, hosting and services, network and technical risk management processes. Our network consists of Cisco and Juniper and the occasional appliance. We are a full RIPE member, run our own AS and peer at DE-CIX. This position is located in Hamburg A challenging task: You manage the network operations team with 3 employees Personal and technical management responsibility Ensure the progress of projects Maintain and improve the datacenter network Act as an interface between operations, management and developers A convincing background: You have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience. You already proved that you can lead and motivate a team in a business environment Are experience with Cisco Nexus and Juniper You have a good knowledge of major routing protocols People around you describe you as goal driven, open minded and positive On-Hands experience with Juniper, Cisco and Loadbalancers Strong knowledge of webservices Fluent written and spoken English & German An environment that inspires: XING offers a dynamic environment located in the centre of Hamburg.
