Key Account Manager ICC (Instant Consumption Channels) AT (f/m) Job code: 1503867 As Manager ICC (Instant Consumption Channels) AT you are developing and executing… …the existing ICC Business model for “impulse” distribution channels in Austria. In this role you are responsible for different ICC clients, wholesalers and traders in order to ensure ubiquity of Mondelez Snacking Brands and to gain long term growth outside the traditional retail channels. Furthermore you develop and monitor customer-related overall concepts as well as the ICC business strategy. Your main focus within this processes is to ensure their top execution in cooperation with the Key Account Mangers and the customers for the purpose of reaching volume and profit objectives. Additionally you drive new business and concepts (e.g. 5s) and increase presence in IC channels through excellent customer relationship. Moreover you as an executive provide your team with a broad knowledge of the business environment and ensure due to training and coaching successful outcomes. What we want in return * Master's Degree, preferably in business with focus on Marketing/Sales * At least three years of experience, ideally in Sales * Knowledge about the Austrian trade environment * Entrepreneurial thinking combined with strong negotiation skills * Ability to work under pressure and in a structured way * Excellent leadership skills * Team player with outstanding communication skills * Excellent language skills (German and English) * Driving License B Be part of our Team and create delicious moments of joy!
