The territory for this role includes specific major client accounts, and carries a sales quota of $800,000+ of contract value.This role is responsible for:Consult with C-level executives to develop and implement an effective, enterprise-wide strategy that maximizes the value delivered by Gartner's products and servicesAccount management with outcome of increased customer satisfaction and increase in retention & account growthQuota responsibility of $800,000+of contract value within a territory of major account sized client accountsMastery and consistent execution of Gartner's internal sales methodologyProficient in account planning and understanding of territory managementManage forecast accuracy on a monthly/quarterly/annual basisMaintain competitive knowledge & focusFiscal responsibility with regards to expense managementIn-depth knowledge of Gartner's products and servicesFor Sr. Account Executives: Ability to demonstrate senior sales member leadership through coaching and mentoring the team Job Requirements5+ years sales experience with proven consultative sales, 3+ years experience in high technology (service or software), with evidence of prior success Ability to prospect and manage C-level and senior level relationships within medium and large organizationsStrong demonstration of intellect, drive, executive presence, and sales acumenProven experience building excellent client relationships, offering value added, insightful and strategic insight into their businessStrong computer proficiencyExcellent written and oral/pre
