Manager, Statistical Programming – Aachen/Homebased (EU-wide) - €80,000 + Package Optimus Search are in cooperation with a global CRO who are looking for a Statistical Programming Manager to join them remotely. The position is nearly 100% based from home and requires minimal business travel. The role reports in to the regional Director (based on where the successful applicant is located) and has a mixture of leadership responsibilities. Primarily focused on the successful completion of project based work, the incumbent will be expected to function at a 50/50 split between managing projects and programming. Strong SAS skills are essential. Ideal candidates will have either a formally recognised qualification in SAS or a number of years experience programming.   Requirements University Degree in a field relating to Statistical Programming. Demonstrated ability to successfully manage a full workload across multiple-projects. Ability to manage and motivate direct reports. Client focused approach to work. Comprehensive knowledge of relevant software (SAS, SQL, R).
