and move your career forward.About the RoleAs a European Recruitment Specialist, you will support Sony Europe’s direct
sourcing strategy across our multiple geographies.Key Responsibilities and scope for Decision Making
· Supporting the Talent and Resourcing managers
· Work closely with the Reward, Recognition and Mobility focus area to
ensure live vacancies contain relevant market data from job evaluations.
· To ensure that all live vacancies within Taleo are compliant with the
internal recruitment requisition process. · To administer and asses psychometric tests used for recruitment purposes,
providing feedback to candidates and the recruiting manager where necessary.
· To provide feedback to unsuccessful candidates who have not progressed to
the second stage of the selection process.
· To extend offers to successful candidates where the line manager,
Strategic HR Business Partner or local HR BP will not.
· To work directly with the Talent and Resourcing function to understand
the strategic direction of talent resourcing across Sony Europe.· To conduct market analysis to identify key focus areas for attracting the
highest quality candidate across all range of functions within the business.
· To proactively seek out high quality candidates who may prove suitable
for roles within Sony Europe using a variety of different tools.
· To develop comprehensive networks internally and externally to help
define recruitment direction in conjunction with the focus areas. · To track and review recruitment effectiveness of the various approaches
taken i.e. suitability of candidates, retention rates, return on investments
from agencies.
· To promote Sony Europe as an employer of choice, ensuring our employer
branding is consistent with internal governance. About You

- Graduate calibre
- Progression towards relevant professional qualification, e.g. MCIPD or
similar
- Recruitment experience within a corporate environment
- Experience working on a European basis will be an asset
- Fluent in English and German
