What will you responsible for and learn? * See how our recruitment process works from start to finish * Support us with all recruitment activities by keeping our candidate funnel up to date, posting and tracking job descriptions, and sourcing candidates * Be responsible for the overall application management and candidate communication, especially the coordination and scheduling of interviews * Set up contracts and provide new employees with necessary information * Provide administrative support to the Human Resources department, including filing, updating employees’ information, coordinating activities, answering administration questions from employees * Support various projects, e.g. in the areas of social media efforts, employer branding, process optimization Who are you? * Ideally you have already gained some experience in the area of HR, but not necessary * You are focused, diligent and reliable * You are eager to provide innovative ideas * You are willing to learn * You have a passion for people * … and numbers * You are fluent in English, knowledge of German is a big plus What you get out of it: * Work with smart and passionate people from all over the world * Gain in-depth understanding of HR work, especially recruiting mechanisms * Acquire very useful knowledge of all relevant roles and functions in the online industry * Learn to take ownership of tasks and projects We are looking forward to hearing from you soon!
