Account Manager Mobile, Teradata Marketing Applications (f/m) Profile: * Drive Customer Success Outcomes * + Increase renewal rates and reduce churn + Expand our revenue in accounts through cross-sell and up-sell + Influence future lifetime value through higher product adoption, customer satisfaction and overall health scores + Drive new business growth through greater advocacy and reference-ability + Ensure customers are utilizing all appropriate features in Appoxee + Ensure that customers are meeting predetermined milestones and ultimately renew their contracts + Assess, justify, and facilitate solutions for customer needs, such as: training, strategy, software optimization. * Manage Customer Success Activities * + Onboarding + Training + Professional services + Account optimization + Renewals + Cross-sell / up-sell + Advocacy Required skills: * At least 4 years of experience as an Account Manager * High communication skills * Business fluent English is required * Analytical person with a marketing understanding * Technical affinity (experience gained with other SAAS companies) * Flexibility in terms of time zones (cooperation with colleagues in US and Israel) We offer: We provide global team members with a dynamic, challenging environment in which they get to work with some of the world's largest and most respected brands.
