The product teams work together with the Business Development department to develop and realize new ideas for our Premium membership. Our constantly growing Premium Services business unit also deals with advertising and new B2C business models by implementing agile methodsA challenging task:Take responsibility for XING`s advertising solutions, especially the selfbooking product that enables small and medium businesses to reach the right audience on XING.You will lead an interdisciplinary team of Engineers, Designers and QA ManagersDrive and execute initiatives to grow XING’s advertising business through product optimization and improved key metrics (e.g. CTR)With your team, drive and execute the product strategy, determine requirements, create product concepts and validate them through prototyping, user feedback and live A/B testing.Collaborate with your key stakeholder to define, prioritize and execute a roadmap, specifically designed to increase the advertising revenues through product developmentTogether with your „wingman“, the Business Owner, manage the product KPI and analyze product performance over timeA convincing background:  A startup-mindset (not necessarily a startup person)Desire to build outstanding products that customers loveHighly analytical, a strong product sense and enthusiasm for data-informed decision makingProven track record of A/B or multivariate testingUtilize qualitative- and quantitative data to understand for user needs and behavior.Knowledge of the User Centered Design processes to ensure highly qualitative outcomesA sound understanding of software development and a good technical understanding to communicate with engineersExtensive professional experience as a Product ManagerWork experience in an Media Agency is a plusBasic understanding of performance marketing mechanics is a plusBe keen to work with best-practice agile development methods - prior experience in this space is definitely a plusSound communication skills coupled with an excellent command of English and preferably German - note: XING is a multi-cultural environment and English is the official communication language; many development teams work in English.An inspiring environment: XING offers a dynamic environment located in the centre of Hamburg.
