Team Lead/CTO Ruby On Rails Developer This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Ruby on Rails Developer, at a rapidly expanding company in Berlin. This Unique Company is proving to be one of the most innovative companies in digital market research and has already been taking the industry by storm. Due to their approach and experienced management team they have procured clients such as Lufthansa, BMW, Peek & Cloppenburg as well as a major Hotel Chain. With more clients on the horizon and currently breaking into other countries such as the UK, my client requires a Team Lead to take control, build a capable team and take over as a CTO. Exciting Prospects Indeed.   Your role will see you take on full responsibility for the development and optimisation of the Ruby on Rails Applications, as well as the portals and Backend technologies. With the company’s expansion you will be required to build your Development team, relay your needs to the CEO and take control of the Contractors requirements.    More about you Degree in Computer Science or similar Excellent Working Knowledge of Ruby and Ruby on Rails 4+years of experience in Software Development, preferably with team lead experience Knowledge of JavaScript/CoffeScript/Jquery Advance level of expertise in database development and Data Modelling Fluency in English Required, German language skills are sought after.
